Hatha Yoga for Teenagers - Instructor Sally

Our Hatha Yoga classes for teens offer a safe and fun space for young people aged 12 to 17. These sessions are specially designed to support physical and emotional development during this crucial stage of life.

Through postures, mindful breathing, and relaxation, teens strengthen their bodies, improve their focus, and learn stress management tools. A weekly opportunity to disconnect from the fast-paced lifestyle and reconnect with themselves!

Custom Yoga Classes with Maykol

In private classes, you are the center of attention. Each session is 100% tailored to your preferences, needs, and goals. You can choose the style that appeals to you most, such as Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Acroyoga, or even a blend of several. We can also focus the class on meditation, breathwork (pranayama), physical strengthening, or deep relaxation.

With over 11 years as a yoga instructor and an experienced holistic therapist, Maykol combines all his knowledge to create a unique and transformative experience for each student, such as adding Reiki to the relaxation exercises or Thai massage techniques to facilitate and help students improve their physical and respiratory condition during the exercises.
Note: Private classes are for 1 or 2 people.
